Angelia D. Farnell is a retired U.S. Army Colonel from Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, and a 1988 Distinguished Military Graduate of Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and was commissioned in Army Aviation. She also holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy State University and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Management & Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
Over the course of a 30-year distinguished military career, she served in both aviation and intelligence roles, commanding at the company, battalion, and brigade levels while holding key leadership positions across tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
